Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund

- Include the email address you used at checkout and a brief description of your issue.
- We will process your refund via PayPal within 3–5 business days.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds apply to the full purchase amount — no partial refunds for individual files within a bundle.
- We do not offer refunds on purchases older than 7 days.
Common Reasons We Issue Refunds
- The data does not match the specialty or state you expected.
- You were unable to download your files before the link expired.
- A technical issue prevented access to your purchase.
- Duplicate purchase.
Download Issues
If your download links have expired before you could access them, contact us with your order email address and we will manually reissue working links. This is not counted as a refund.
